If you're ready to improve your tennis, you can.

I don't care how many lessons and clinics you've taken. How many times you've heard the same advice "move your feet", "swing low to high." There are a few things you can learn to simply position yourself better on the court to help you compete with a level above.

Meet your new coach- D1 college player, tennis director, professional Tessa Lang with over 20 years experience. She's specializes in 3.0 and 3.5 players (moving up to 3.4 or 4.0) heavy in doubles focus. She believes it easier to learn strategy, point construction, positioning than to drill for hours and hours on technique as this will help you most in your match situations. We all have heard the same advice over and over like "keep your eye on the ball" or "low to high" and this book is NOT that. It's where you need to be in the point, and how to construct points to win.

Tess has coached at some of the most elite resorts and clubs in the world, is a USPTA elite professional, and undergone hundreds of training hours with Peter Burwash International. Her best, most impactful tips are right here, waiting for you... and she's always cheering you on.

Please note that Tess isn't a professional writer. Not an author. You won't get the most incredible book format, she's not a tech wizard. What she is? An amazing coach. If you have questions, just send her a note at hello@chtapodicollective.com.

Also, please note this is a E-BOOK! You will receive an email moments after purchasing with the link to download your copy.

The story behind my wearable art

In 2015, all of my hair fell out with my alopecia. For years I hid and cried and was embarrassed to be seen (and it took me several years to even let my husband see me bald.)

10 years later, I did the scariest thing and went to the state fair completely bald, eyebrows and all. I've never been more terrified and have my "fight or flight" instincts going haywire for hours. But you know what? I ended the night feeling totally empowered.

I was terrified people would be mean. Make comments. Say I was ugly. But you know what? None of my fears came true. People were kind and compassionate.

I never felt so vulnerable in my life, and I ended up having a night filled with love and support from my friends and having so much fun.

I started putting my art on clothing to help feel more confident, live boldly and celebrate feeling beautiful on the outside and inside. Thanks for coming on this journey with me. 🫶 - Tess
